Los particulares que deseen suscribir acciones de las empresas de que trata el artículo anterior, deberán dar aviso escrito al Instituto dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha en que se hubiere hecho la invitación a los capitales privados, con el objeto de que el Instituto registre todas las solicitudes de suscripción.
