Los funcionarios de las entidades públicas encargadas de recibir los pagos que violaren las disposiciones de la presente Ley, serán destituidos del cargo, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales correspondientes y de la responsabilidad civil ante la entidad respectiva por los daños causados con su conducta.
