Retiro por no obtener títulos. Los Oficiales de tratan los dos artículos anteriores, que no obtengan su título en qué período máximo de cuatro (4) años. Contados a partir de la fecha de su escalafonamiento, serán retirados del servicio por incapacidad profesional.
