Decreto 1345 de 2016 · por el cual se reglamenta el artÃculo 111 de la Ley 1769 de 2015, referente al acceso de las Madres SustituÃas al Subsidio otorgado por la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional.

°. Requisitos . Las personas de que trata el artículo segundo del presente decreto, para acceder al subsidio de la subcuenta de subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Ser colombiano.

Tener como mínimo 57 años de edad si es mujer o 62 años de edad si es hombre.

Residir durante los últimos diez años en el territorio nacional.

Acreditar la condición de retiro como madre sustituta de la modalidad de hogares sustitutos de Bienestar Familiar y su retiro a partir del 24 de noviembre de 2015.
