Art. 1.° La cuenta de la Tesorería general principiará á llevarse nuevamente desde el 1.° de Febrero en curso, y so1o desde esa fecha en adelante será responsable el Tesorero entrante, quien abrirá su cuenta por Balance de Entrada , según el saldo de Caja en dicho día.
