Todo el que desempeñe un empleo lucrativo, de voluntaria aceptación, tiene derecho a una licencia de sesenta días al año, seguidos o divididos de la manera que estime conveniente.

Si concurre justa causa, la licencia se prolongará por el tiempo que aquélla dure.

Cuando el destino sea lucrativo, pero de forzosa aceptación, no hay derecho a licencia, sino con justa causa, según el inciso anterior.
