ARTICULO 86. Del acta de posesión se enviará copia, así: 1o. Al Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia, por intermedio de la División de Asistencia a la Rama Jurisdiccional del Ministerio de Justicia; 2o. A la respectiva entidad pagadora, y 3o. Además, si se trata de funcionarios o empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional, a la División de Registro y Control de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, y si de funcionarios o empleados del Ministerio Público, a la División de Personal de la misma Procuraduría.
