Art. 150. Los derechos de importacion serán pagaderos en las respectivas Aduanas o en la Tesorería jeneral, a voluntad del introductor, como se es presa en el artículo anterior ; pero si el dueñode las mercaderías residiere en algun lugar distinto del de la Aduana, i hubiere constituido la fianza de que trata el artículo 158, los derechos serán pagados precisamente en la Tesoreria jeneral ; i el Administradoror o Jefe de la Aduana que, centra esta prevencion, hiciere el cobro o admitiere el pago, quedará incurso en una multa equivalente al uno i medio por ciento d e la cantidad cobrada o recibida.
