°. Mediante Resolución, el Ministerio de Justicia señalará qué caución debe prestar cada uno de los beneficiarios de la Ley, es decir, por cuánto tiempo se obliga y cuál es la cuantía de la misma. Esta determinación se hará teniendo en cuenta tanto como el delito cometido, la cantidad y calidad de la pena impuesta y la personalidad del caucionado.
