- Conductores de equipos ajenos . Modificase el artículo 36 de la Ley 336 de 1996, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 36 . Los conductores de los equipos que no sean propiedad de la empresa o del operador, destinados al servicio público de transporte, podrán ser contratados directamente por la empresa operadora de transporte. En cualquier caso, y para todos los efectos legales el operador y el propietario del equipo responderán solidariamente."
