A partir del ejercicio semestral que termina el 30 de junio del presente año, Acería Paz del Río, S. A., reconocerá y pagará á a sus accionistas un dividendo semestral no inferior a quince centavos por acción, con cargo a sus utilidades; pero si ésta fueren insuficientes, se pagarán con cargo a una cuenta especial para amortizar pon utilidades futuras, según reglamentación que dicte la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas. El Gobierno Nacional garantizará y pagará a Acerías Paz del Río, S. A., el saldo insoluto de la cuenta de dividendos repartidas, si en los próximos tres años, a partir de la fecha, las utilidades de la Empresa hubieran sido insuficiente para ello.
