En los Juicios administrativos, que tienen por objeto revisar providencias en que se impone la obligación de consignar una cantidad de dinero, como el pago de un impuesto, no se debe admitir la demanda si a ella no se acompaña el comprobante de haberse pagado la cantidad al Recaudador.
