Las autoridades de policía están en la obligación de prestar al Juez de Tierras todo el apoyo que estime necesario, ya sea antes o después de decretado el lanzamiento, para asegurar el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 17 de la Ley 200 de 1936 y en los preceptos reglamentarios de este Decreto.
