Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional, para que en cumplimiento del artículo 102 de la Ley 715 de 2001 incluya dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación las partidas presupuestales para concurrir al mantenimiento, funcionamiento y dotación de dicho escenario deportivo.
