ARTICULO 1o . Los establecimientos bancarios computarán dentro de su capital primario el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor de las utilidades no distribuidas correspondientes a ejercicios anteriores y del ejercicio en curso; no obstante, cuando la entidad registre pérdidas acumuladas de ejercicios anteriores, las utilidades podrán computar hasta la concurrencia de dichas pérdidas.
