Artículo único. Desde la fecha del presente Decreto se despacharán por los Correos nacionales de correspondencia, como valores declarados oficiales á cargo y bajo la responsabilidad de los contratistas respectivos, los saldos de los empleados de los Ramos Postal y Telegráfico del Departamento de Cundinamarca. Comuníquese y publíquese.
