º El Banco de la República incluirá en los contratos que celebre conforme al artículo segundo del presente Decreto, la obligación para el banco mandatario de informar al Superintendente Bancario, para los efectos previstos por el literal e) del artículo 6.º del Decreto 2920 de 1982, las operaciones que pretenda realizar en desarrollo del respectivo mandato.
