Los Administradores de Aduana, en los casos a que se refiere al parágrafo 1° del artículo 12 de la Ley 85 de 1915 , podrán imponer, en vez de la pena de confiscación de la mercancía, una multa igual al triple de los derechos consulares que se haya tratado de defraudar.
