La Procuraduría Delegada para las Fuerzas Militares, además de sus funciones actuales, ejercerá la vigilancia administrativa en el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, las Fuerzas Militares y sus organismos adscritos o vinculados. La Procuraduría Delegada para la Policía Nacional la ejercerá en esta institución y en la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro y el Fondo Rotatorio de la misma. Los procesos disciplinarios a que hubiere lugar serán fallados en única instancia por el Procurador Delegado respectivo.
