El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica en lo pertinente los Decretos números 186, 194, 196 y 1239 de 2014, modificados por los Decretos números 1257 de 2015, 245 de 2016, 1013 de 2017, 337 de 2018, 1498 de 2018, 991 de 2019, 299 de 2020, 982 de 2021, 456 de 2022, 907 de 2023 y 302 de 2024 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1 º de enero de 2025.
