º Adiciónase el artículo 9º del Decreto 2041 de 1987 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Los créditos y operaciones en moneda legal o extranjera, a que se refieren los numerales 4º y 5º de este artículo, solamente podrán concederse a empresas manufactureras, agropecuarias, agroindustriales, mineras, hoteleras y parques industriales, cuando se destinen a la financiación de necesidades de capital de trabajo".
