Los artículos 25 y 26 de esta Ley, una vez aprobados por la Junta Directiva, constituirán un contrato entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco, que no podrá ser modificado durante la vida de la institución, o sea por veinte años, salvo que medie el consentimiento de ambas partes.
