Son retenedores de la Cuota de Fomento Cauchera, las personas naturales o jurídicas que comercialicen materias primas, como son el látex, látex preservado, látex centrifugado, látex cremado, ripio, lámina, lámina ahumada, TSR20, TSR10, TSR5, TSRL, Crepé y Cauchos especiales. La Cuota de Fomento cauchera se liquidará con base en el precio de venta de las materias primas comercializadas en el mercado nacional y/o internacional.
