° Las compañías aéreas que transporten pasajeros sin expedirles previamente tarjeta de visita, incurrirán en multas de quinientos pesos (500.00) por cada pasajero transportado irregularmente. Estas multas las impondrá el Administrador de la Aduana de San Andrés y Providencia, y su importe se destinara al Tesoro Intendencial.
