Calificación. Calificación es el acto por el cual la entidad otorgante del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda ordena secuencialmente las postulaciones, de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en el artículo 7° de la Ley 3ª de 1991, tales como, ahorro previo, cuota inicial, materiales, trabajo o vinculación a una Organización Popular de Vivienda.
