Destínase la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000) moneda corriente, como cooperación permanente de la Nación en favor del Municipio de Contratación, por el término de cuarenta (40) años, a partir de la próxima vigencia fiscal, para atender los servicios públicos tanto oficiales como particulares, en la misma forma como venía haciéndolo el Ministerio de Salud, con las modificaciones de carácter técnico, económico y administrativo que el interés público señale y que acuerde el respectivo Concejo.
