Art. 2.° Para el efecto de que puedan legalizarse los gastos causados y que se causen por la Administración de este ramo, mientras quo él se organiza definitivamente, ábrese un crédito adicional al Presupuesto vigente hasta por la suma de setenta y cinco mil pesos, así: Para cubrir los gastos de Personal y Material de las Salinas marítimas de la República $ 75,000.
