Art. 8.° En los casos en que deban emitirse bonos de renta nominal o al portador, sea por virtud de conversion de vales de deuda consolidada, sea por reconocimiento de censos redimidos o por nuevas imposiciones sobre la caja de amortizacion, o sea en cualquiera otro caso previsto por la lei, se observarán las mismas disposiciones de los artículos anteriores; de modo que la direccion del crédito nacional no sea la que inmediatamente los ponga en circulación, sino la tesorería jeneral.
