La constitución del patrimonio de que se trata, no impide el registro de gravámenes hipotecarios sobre la vivienda a favor de la Caja o de otra entidad o persona que la Caja autorice, pudiendo ejercer las acciones judiciales necesarias para hacer efectivo el valor de las respectivas acreencias.
