Art. 2 . Desde el dia de la sancion de este de- creto, el Poder Ejecutivo invitará al público por medio de la imprenta, i durante noventa dias, para hacer propuestas al privilejio, i dispondrá que Gobernacion de la provincia de Cartajena haga fijar la por igual término, cartulones en los lugares mas públicos de aquella ciudad haciendo las mismas invitaciones.
