Cuando de uno de los hechos previstos en algunos de losArtículos 279, 280, 281, 288 y 289, resultare la muerte o la lesión de la víctima, las penas establecidas por dichosArtículos se aumentarán de la mitad al doble en caso de muerte y de una tercera parte a la mitad en caso de lesión corporal; pero la reclusión, en el primer caso, no puede ser menor de seis años, ni en el segundo de dos años.
