º Se entiende por empleo el conjunto de funciones, deberes y responsabilidades que han de ser atendidos por una persona natural para satisfacer las necesidades permanentes de la Corporación para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca. Los deberes, funciones y responsabilidades de los diferentes empleos son establecidos por la ley o el reglamento, o asignados por autoridad competente.
