ARTICULO 83 . Los servidores públicos de la Fiscalía General de la Nación pueden hallarse en una de las siguientes situaciones administrativas

En Servicio Activo

2.

En Comisi6n de Servicio

3.

En Comisión de Estudio

4.

En Comisión Especial

5.

En Licencia Ordinaria

6.

En Licencia por Enfermedad

7.

En Licencia por Maternidad

8.

En Uso de Permiso

9.

En Vacaciones

10.

Suspendidos por Medida Penal o Disciplinaria

11.

Separados Temporalmente por Prestación del Servicio Militar.
