º . Modifícase el artículo 270 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 270. Aceptación de la solicitud de autorización de embarque . La solicitud de autorización de embarque se entenderá aceptada, cuando la autoridad aduanera, a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos, acuse el recibo satisfactorio de la misma. En caso contrario la autoridad aduanera a través del mismo medio, comunicará inmediatamente al declarante las causales que motivan su no aceptación".
