Créase con carácter transitorio y por el término de noventa (90) días, la Comisión Intersectorial de Seguimiento a las Investigaciones que se adelantan por violación de los Derechos Humanos en el Departamento de Arauca, con el objeto de coadyuvar a la transparencia y eficacia de las investigaciones tendientes al esclarecimiento de los hechos de violencia en ese departamento que afectan la paz y la seguridad regional.
