Los empleos de que trata el presente artículo se entenderán automáticamente suprimidos el 31 de diciembre de 2009 y se rigen por las disposiciones consagradas en el artículo 21 de la Ley 909 de 2004 y en los artículos 1° a 4° del Decreto 1227 de 2005.
