ARTICULO 8o. Recursos en la vía gubernativa. Conforme a las normas generales que rigen el procedimiento administrativo, no procede recurso alguno por la vía gubernativa contra los actos administrativos de carácter general, ni contra los de trámite, preparatorios o de ejecución que expida la Superintendencia Bancaria, salvo los casos previstos en norma expresa. Contra los actos administrativos de carácter particular expedidos por la Superintendencia Bancaria sólo procederá el recurso de reposición interpuesto en la forma establecida en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
