º . Las disposiciones del Decreto 2640 de 2002, son aplicables a los vehículos de propiedad de las entidades de derecho público con o sin registro inicial, que sean transferidos a favor de las personas naturales o jurídicas, bajo cualquier título traslaticio del derecho de propiedad o dominio.
