La elección del representante de los trabajadores portuarios a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará por la Asamblea General del Sindicato del Terminal respectivo, o en el caso de los Terminales donde funcionen dos o más Sindicatos, por una reunión de delegados de los Sindicatos, a razón de tres por cada Sindicato. Esta elección se verificará con base en una lista de diez miembros políticamente .paritarios, que deberán presentar al Ministerio del Trabajo, por conducto de la Junta Directiva del Sindicato o de los Sindicatos interesados.
