mpugnación de la maternidad. La maternidad, esto es, el hecho de ser una mujer la verdadera madre del hijo que pasa por suyo, podrá ser impugnada probándose falso parto, o suplantación del pretendido hijo al verdadero. Tienen el derecho de impugnarla:

1.° El marido de la supuesta madre i la misma madre supuesta, para desconocer la lejitimidad del hijo.

2.° Los verdaderos padre i madre lejítimos del hijo para conferirle a él, o a sus descendientes legítimos, los derechos de familia en la suya.

3.° La verdadera madre para exijir alimentos al hijo.
