ARTICULO 10. Reuniones .- El Consejo Directivo se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez al mes, y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocado por el Presidente del mismo, por el Director General de la Corporación o por petición de tres (3) de sus miembros. Cuando las necesidades lo demanden y el Consejo lo estime conveniente, éste podrá sesionar en cualesquiera de las ciudades comprendidas dentro de su área de cubrimiento. DEL DIRECTOR
