Art. 71. Cuando el buque proceda de una nación en la cual, a virtud de arreglos hechos con el Gobierno de la Republica, los efectos cargados en dichos puertos deban conducirse con guias, se exijirán éstas de los efectos que hayan sido embarcados en los mismos puertos i el sobordo de la carga.
