Entidades autorizadas. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo precedente, podrán expedir los planes alternativos de capitalización y de pensiones las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones y de cesantías y las entidades aseguradoras de vida que cuenten con autorización para explotar el ramo de pensiones.
