ARTICULO 11 . En todo recipiente de bebida alcohólica nacional o extranjera deberá imprimirse en el extremo inferior de la etiqueta y ocupando al menos la décima parte de ella la leyenda: "El exceso de alcohol es perjudicial para la salud" conforme a lo dispuesto al artículo 16 de la Ley 30 de 1986.
