El artículo 116 de la Ley 418 de 1997 , prorrogada por la Ley548 de 1999, quedará así:
Artículo 116. Lo dispuesto en el presente título se aplicará sin perjuicio de las facultades que ejerce el Procurador General de la Nación, en virtud de lo dispuesto por el numeral 1 del artículo 278 de la Constitución Política, por la Ley 734 de 2001 y el Decreto 262 de 2000, o por las disposiciones que las modifiquen o sustituyan.
