La explotación de yacimientos de oro diseminado, deberá adoptar una tecnología ambiental que vaya restituyendo las áreas del suelo y la vegetación, afectadas por dicha explotación, y que prevea, igualmente , el control posterior sobre el destino final de los desechos químicos y de roca.
