Parágrafo 1

del artículo 24 del Decreto 737 de 2009, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 1

A la misma bonificación tendrá derecho el personal de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional que preste el servicio de protección y vigilancia al Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, Comandantes de Fuerza y Director General de la Policía Nacional, a los ex Presidentes de la República, a los Ministros del Despacho, a los Directores de Departamento Administrativo del orden nacional, al personal que presta este servicio a los oficiales generales y de insignia en sus diferentes grados y a los Miembros de la Policía Nacional que prestan el servicio de protección y vigilancia a los honorables Congresistas”.
