Toda acta debe empezar con el nombre de la entidad o juzgado que la extiende, indicando el lugar, día, mes y año en que se realice si se trata de diligencia, o en que sea firmada por el funcionario si se trata de auto o sentencia. La indicación de la hora se hará en los casos señalados en la ley.
