Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el Decreto 1498 de 2008, deroga parcialmente los artículos 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 y 76 del Decreto 1791 de 1996, deroga las Resoluciones 182 de 2008 y 240 de 2008 del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, como las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
