º . Para los efectos que se indican en los artículos 2º, 3º, 4º y 5º de este decreto reasúmese la facultad delegada mediante el Decreto 1318 de 1988 respecto de la Fundación FES. En todo lo demás continuará conociendo el Gobernador del departamento del Valle en los términos de los Decretos 1318 de 1988, 1529 de 1990 y demás normas que los modifiquen o adicionen.
